Remington item paid for and not received.
On December 30, I ordered Shaver screens and cutters. One month later they still have not arrived. Using the tracking number supplied in the order confirmation, I checked Fedex and found that although a shipping label was created, there was nothing to indicate that Fedex ever had the package nor that it was ever in rout. So a couple days ago I called Remington customer service and after a couple phone calls, I have heard of no result. In the last phone call I gave the Remington order number. By the way, my Amex account has already been debited, so you have my payment for this order that I never received.
