Replacement Shaver Head for XR7100 Series

Not a happy shaver

Rough shave. I bought this because it was the only one on their site for the rx7 head shaver. It isn't nearly as good as the one that came with the shaver. It scraped my scalp. I tried it twice and just can't use it, so I've bought one off of Amazon and it's better, but like others it just doesn't seem to be a good as the original. Wish Remington sold the original head for the shaver.

Replacement blade doesn’t cut

It doesn’t cut at all. No instructions can so I just put it on. There are green connections on The inside of the replacement and o don’t k ow if they are something for shipping. I feel like I wasted money on this.
