This razor sucks

This razor sucks. Ever since I had it I bought it may be like four years ago three years ago the power of the razor nevertheless only last for maybe 23 minutes no matter how long I charge it so as it gets older, it sucks even more two minutes, maybe one minute and it stops working. I bought it on Amazon and I will never buy it again. I have to buy something new now.

Defective or bad shaver

I was not happy with the quality of the shaver when I first received this product, but I kept using it in hopes that it would get better. It didn’t, and it got worse one day when the shaver would not turn off no matter what we did. This is also a loud shaver - annoying when you’re shaving but intolerable when it won’t turn off. Hopefully I just received a defective product. I’ve requested a refund and I’m happy to update my rating once I find out if customer service is helpful or not.
